2. Products
The webshop primarily sells books about Grethe Meyer and posters related to the Grethe Meyer film. Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, though colours may vary depending on screen settings.
3. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made in the Grethe Meyer Design online shop.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in DKK and include 25% VAT unless stated otherwise.
We accept direct bank transfer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Denmark and internationally.
Delivery times are normally 2–5 business days within Denmark and 5–14 business days internationally. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us an email with:

B. Name
C. Information that you wish to cancel the purchase
The item must be returned unused and in their original condition:
Books must not be read, bent or damaged.
Posters must not be unpacked, rolled up incorrectly or have printing damage.
Design objects must be in original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receiving and approving the returned item.
8. Returns

Items must be securely packaged. We do not accept packages sent without delivery (e.g., “Collect” shipments).
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
9. Complaints (Defective or Damaged Goods)
You have 24 months of warranty rights (reklamationsret) under Danish law for defects not caused by misuse or wear.
If you wish to file a complaint:
Email us with photos of the defect and your order number.
Approved complaints will be replaced or refunded, including covered return shipping.
10. Digital Products (if applicable)
Digital downloads cannot be returned.
11. Personal data and GDPR
We collect only the data necessary to complete your order.
Your information is handled confidentially and shared only with our shipping partners and payment providers.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

All purchases are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes must be settled by Danish courts.
