RETURN POLICY

To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by email.
Products must be returned unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Returned products must be securely packaged and sent with home delivery.
Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after receiving and approving the returned item.

Claims for damaged or defective items follow applicable consumer legislation and will be replaced free of charge.
